1HR On-Location Session DEPOSIT

All on-location sessions commence at a base rate of $300, with pricing variations determined by the session type and the number of participants involved.

For Family Portraits, the $300 rate covers a one-hour session for up to four individuals. An additional fee of $25 per person applies thereafter.

A $100 deposit is mandatory to secure any session reservation. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, serving the dual purpose of preventing others from booking the same time slot and ensuring work for our photographer. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. However, one rescheduling opportunity is permitted in case of emergencies or illnesses. The remaining balance is required the day of the session. Photos will not even begin the editing process until full payment is completed. 

Sessions can take place at a home address, park, venue, or any location beyond the physical Up Close Studios studio. The full address must be provided at the time of booking to finalize the reservation. Any changes in the location must be communicated to the photographer promptly.
