Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early with hair and makeup fully ready.

Please note that only one outfit/look is permitted, as these are shorter sessions (up to 40 minutes max).

We want to ensure you have the most time possible in front of the camera—any time spent "getting ready" or changing will be taken out of your session time.

Props are not provided by the studio, but we absolutely encourage you to bring your own! Please note that any liquids, perishable items, fragile items, or food must be approved by the studio in advance.

Booking a Portrait session with Up Close Studios

Book Your Session

Choose a date and time that works for you and reserve your session with a deposit that secures your studio time. This allows us to prepare the experience just for your family.

Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in. From there, our
photographer will guide your child through the session at a
comfortable pace—no rushing, no forced smiles.

Attend your session

After your session, you’ll meet with an Art Director virtually to view your portraits and explore artwork options at your own pace. - This is your chance to order any additional portraits.
